Before purchasing any kit you are more then welcome to message us for more details, photos and details regarding the defect/damage. Please do read the discriptions and labels too!

1) Authenticity: All kits come with a 100% authenticity guarantee
 

2) Condition: Since some kits are second hand, the condition must be reviewed 

 

3) Refunds/Exchange: We allow refunds/exchanges within 7 days due to fitting issues or other specific issues BUT THE SHIPPING FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE. TrueKit India reserves the right to deal with each case in a different way as appropriate.

4) Shipping Policy: We use standard courrier services like DTDC or porter/vfast for orders from Mumbai. Any delays due to courrier related issues must be dealt with the third party directly

5) ADDICTION POLICY: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PEOPLE GETTING ADDICTED TO OUR AUTHENTIC PRODUCTS AT UNBEATABLE PRICES!!!!!

 

6) DISPATCH: We dispatch items as fast as possible but please allow a couple days for us to proccess and package orders
